These projects move sacks between pallets, conveyors and hoppers: sugar bags, raw material bags, even baled rubber blocks and acoustic packs. Most use a vacuum tube lifter: the operator holds the handle, the head seals on the bag and lifts it. Where a bag cannot hold vacuum, we use a pneumatic sack gripper.
Lifters hang from wall, stainless column or mobile-base jib cranes, or 200 kg steel rails covering a pallet row. Some sites add a quick-change coupling so one crane handles sacks and cartons. See vacuum lifting for sugar and cement sacks.
