Plastic tray and crate lifting projects with hook tools and grippers
Plastic trays of parts or screws are usually stacked high on pallets, so operators reach up and bend down all shift. These projects replace hand carrying with hook tools that catch the four edges of a tray, or tray grippers, hung from an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane or an air balancer lifting 50 kg trays. Heavier stacks use a 5T rail with a 200 kg gripper.
One warehouse runs entirely on compressed air; others use mobile bases with adjustable columns. Cleanrooms get rail-hung pneumatic cranes or stainless electric lifters. See clamps and hooks for plastic crates.
