Custom roll lifter, electric stacker and tilting table projects

These projects sit outside our crane and vacuum lifter ranges. For a packaging plant we built a roll core shaft cart that slides into the roll core and carries the roll away. Where a roll had to be lifted and turned, a 300 kg electric roll clamp lifter tilts it on the spot.

For warehouses and plants there is a wide-leg electric stacker rated 1 to 3 tons. Molds, pallets and heavy rolls that need reorienting go on a 1 ton electric tilting table that turns them 90 degrees. See custom lifters.
