FullSharp installs a 5T ceiling rail rated at 200 kg along the roll-feeding area with a 200 kg air balancer and a clamp built for fabric rolls. One worker clamps, lifts and brings each roll to the spreading machine without carrying it, so the fabric stays clean and unwrinkled in a warehouse with barely room for one person.

Fabric rolls are bulky, and even two workers carrying one struggle to keep it from rolling or dragging on the floor. The fabric wrinkles easily, the edges get dirty, and feeding a roll into the spreading machine takes a long time. Fabric warehouses are also packed tight, leaving barely enough room for one person to pass.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail (200 kg rated) mounted on the ceiling, running the length of the roll-feeding area. On the rail sits a 200 kg air balancer with a clamp tool built specifically for fabric rolls, keeping the roll balanced at any height. One worker clamps, lifts, and brings the roll to the machine without carrying it at all.
