5T Ceiling Rail with Air Balancer for Fabric Rolls

Fabric rolls are bulky, and even two workers carrying one struggle to keep it from rolling or dragging on the floor. The fabric wrinkles easily, the edges get dirty, and feeding a roll into the spreading machine takes a long time. Fabric warehouses are also packed tight, leaving barely enough room for one person to pass.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail (200 kg rated) mounted on the ceiling, running the length of the roll-feeding area. On the rail sits a 200 kg air balancer with a clamp tool built specifically for fabric rolls, keeping the roll balanced at any height. One worker clamps, lifts, and brings the roll to the machine without carrying it at all.

Installed Equipment

5T steel rail: ceiling-mounted along the fabric warehouse route, rated for a 200 kg load.
200 kg air balancer: balances the roll's weight pneumatically, keeping it steady in place when the operator lets go.
Fabric roll clamp tool: soft-padded jaws hug the roll body, holding it securely without marking the fabric.
Rail trolley: pushes easily by hand, moving the roll from the fabric rack to the cutting or spreading machine.
Control handle: combines the lifting and clamping controls, letting one person operate the entire cycle.
