200kg Aluminum Rail Freestanding Frame for Mold Lifting

In a cold room on the factory's 2nd floor, operators move molds and machine parts from workbenches to pallets many times per shift. Carrying them by hand is tiring and risky, and the 2nd-floor ceiling was not designed to carry suspended loads, so rails could not be hung from the building.

FullSharp built a freestanding frame of powder-coated steel supporting a 200kg aluminum rail and an electric hoist. The frame stands on base plates bolted to the floor, independent of the ceiling, and covers both the workbench area and the pallet area.

Installed equipment

Freestanding frame: yellow painted steel columns and beams on floor-bolted base plates, no need to hang from the 2nd-floor ceiling.
200kg aluminum rail: light aluminum profile rail with smooth-running trolleys, rust-free for cold room conditions; a bridge rail runs on two runway rails to cover the whole area.
Electric hoist: pendant-controlled lifting, power cable carried along the rail on hangers, keeping the work area clear.
