FullSharp installed a 500 kg ceiling-mounted KBK rail system along a row of CNC machines, carrying a servo electric hoist for workpiece lifting and mold changes. The ball trolley pushes easily inside the rail and the hoist lifts steplessly with precise stopping, so one line serves every machine instead of a jib crane at each one.

A row of CNC machines lined up together each needs workpiece lifting and mold changing. Installing a separate jib crane at every machine takes up space and costs more, while running a forklift between machines gets in the way of the walkway.

FullSharp installs a 500 kg-rated, ceiling-mounted KBK rail system running the length of the machine row, carrying a servo electric hoist. The ball trolley inside the rail pushes easily, and the hoist lifts and lowers steplessly with precise stopping, so molds and workpieces settle smoothly into the chuck without impact.

Installed Equipment

  • 500kg KBK rail beam: galvanized steel with a closed box profile, joined in modules along the workshop length and easy to extend later.
  • Suspension rods and mounting plates: fixed to purlins, structural beams, or an independent steel frame when the ceiling can't take the load.
  • Ball trolley inside the rail: moves with a light push, low wear, and glides smoothly along the CNC machine line.
  • Servo electric hoist: stepless lifting and lowering, smooth speed, stopping and holding the load precisely at any height.
  • End-effector and safety devices: hook, clamp, magnet, or suction head, together with end stops, limit sensors, and overload protection.
