5T 200kg Rail Frame with Electric Hoist, Bac Giang

Molds are heavy, and each mold change on the CNC machine takes several workers a long time to carry and align. The workshop ceiling wasn't suitable for hanging a rail directly, so equipment couldn't be mounted on the roof trusses.

FullSharp built a freestanding steel frame carrying a 5T rail rated 200 kg right beside the machine. An electric hoist runs on the rail, lifting the mold and guiding it into the exact fixture position — this installation was completed in Bac Giang.

Equipment installed

Steel rail support frame: freestanding columns and beams on the floor, independent of the workshop's roof structure.
5T rail rated 200 kg: a guide rail for the trolley running the length of the machine, moving smoothly.
Electric hoist: raises and lowers the mold electrically, with a load-holding brake and pendant control.
Hook and mold sling assembly: a safety hook with an anti-slip latch, keeping the mold stable while loading it onto the machine.
