FullSharp installs an electric lift-assist arm beside CNC machines to load heavy steel workpieces onto the chuck. The arm carries the weight with smooth, controlled motion, the swivel joint reaches chuck and table, and a clamp head matched to the part lets one operator center it accurately before release.

Steel workpieces and machined parts are usually heavy, and each time they're loaded onto the chuck they must be centered precisely. Workers who carry them by hand repeatedly through a shift get tired, misalign the part more easily, and can knock into the machine table, damaging the surface.

FullSharp installs an electric lift-assist arm right beside the machine. The electric arm lifts and lowers smoothly, the swivel joint reaches the chuck and machine table, and the clamp head is built to match the workpiece shape. The operator controls it with one hand, guiding the workpiece into position before releasing the clamp.

Installed Equipment
