Not every plant can hang a rail from its ceiling. A lightweight metal roof, a leased building, or a structure with unclear load capacity all make drilling overhead risky, not to mention that the building owner may simply not allow it.

For such cases, FullSharp built a freestanding steel frame carrying a 500kg-rated rail to mount a hoist. The entire load transfers down through the frame's legs rather than up into the ceiling. Installation is quick, and when production needs to be reorganized, the whole unit can be moved to a new location.

  • Freestanding steel frame: posts and beams carry the entire load, with no need to drill into the plant's ceiling or wall.
  • 500kg-rated rail: a rail beam that lets the trolley run smoothly along its full length, positioning the load along the work line.
  • Trolley and hoist: the hoist hangs from the trolley, lifting and lowering precisely for small and medium-load stations.
  • Powder-coated finish: protects the frame and rail from rust, maintaining durability in a humid plant environment.
