Large flat sheets are heavy and easy to bend, so two workers carrying them by hand is slow and prone to warping the sheet. Many workshops also lack a roof structure strong enough to hang a rail system, leaving the sheet-cutting area without any lifting equipment.

FullSharp builds a freestanding 500 kg rail support frame carrying an ANVER sheet vacuum lifter. The suction pads grip the sheet face, lift it, then pull it along the rail to the machine table, keeping the sheet flat throughout the move.

  • Support frame: self-supporting steel columns and cross beams, anchored to the floor, not hung from the workshop roof.
  • 500 kg rail: rail hung beneath the beam, with a trolley running the line between the sheet storage area and the machine table.
  • ANVER sheet vacuum lifter: a vacuum unit that grips the flat surface, raised and lowered by handle control.
  • Suction pad frame: pads spaced evenly across the sheet width so grip force is spread out and the sheet does not sag.
