Large wood panels are heavy and easily scratched, so tilting them from flat to upright usually takes two or three people holding on together. The process is slow, edges often knock against the floor, and workers risk pinched hands.
FullSharp installed a 500 kg rail system carrying a KITO hoist together with a vacuum lifting pad fitted with a 90-degree tilting mechanism. The pad grips evenly across the panel surface, the hoist lifts it, and the tilting mechanism turns the panel upright, so one operator is enough.

The tilting mechanism replaces the three or four workers previously needed to hold the panel.
Suction cups grip the flat surface instead of edge clamps, so the panel surface stays intact.
The panel is always held by vacuum, so workers no longer need to support its edges.
