Packing industrial fans usually takes two separate jobs: setting up the carton box and placing the fan inside it. Both are heavy and bulky, so doing it by hand needs two workers, and the box easily gets crushed while the fan blades get knocked around.
FullSharp builds a single column carrying two 3,000 mm swing arms that rotate independently at two different heights. One arm carries a 70 kg vacuum tube set to pull up and set up the carton box, while the other carries a 60 kg set that lowers the fan into the box. One worker stands in place and completes the whole cycle.
A two-arm column carrying two vacuum tube sets for carton boxes and industrial fans.
A single column handles both setting up the box and placing the fan, saving space and cost compared to two separate stations.
The flat pad keeps the box from crushing, and the shaped pad hugs the fan housing so it never knocks against the blades.
The worker operates from a single spot, swinging each arm in turn without needing a second person to support the load.
FullSharp measures the box dimensions, the fan shape, and the clearance between the pallet, conveyor, and packing table. Our technicians design a dedicated suction pad for each item and calculate the column's foundation. We then install the system, test it with real product, and provide on-site warranty support.
