Packaging plants often need to move carton boxes at several different spots: where boxes are formed, where product is loaded in, and where they're stacked on pallets. A fixed lifting station only serves one location, while manual carrying easily dents boxes and strains workers' backs.
FullSharp introduced a jib crane on a mobile base carrying a vacuum lifting attachment. The vacuum head grips evenly across the carton surface, a control handle switches suction on and off, and one person swings the arm to move the box. Once that stage is done, the whole unit is pushed to the next location.

The wheeled base lets one unit serve multiple stages within the same plant.
Suction is distributed evenly across the carton surface, so boxes are not crushed or torn while lifting.
A single worker handles suction, swinging, and placement, with no need for a second person on the opposite side.
FullSharp reviews your box type, size, and weight to select the right suction cups and lifting capacity. Our engineers also measure aisles and floor conditions to determine how far the mobile base can travel. We then install, test-run with your actual boxes, and provide on-site warranty.
