Many warehouses receive goods in sacks and ship out in cartons. Buying two separate lifting units costs space and money, while using one suction head for both cannot grip reliably.
FullSharp installs a jib crane carrying a vacuum lifting unit with a quick-change coupling. The operator removes the carton suction head and attaches the sack suction head in minutes, using the same unit for both cargo types.

Equipment Installed
- Quick-change coupling: swaps tools without any hand tools, locking securely before suction is enabled.
- Carton suction head: a flat suction pad that grips the sealed lid of a carton box.
- Sack suction head: a pad built for soft sacks, gripping even slightly wrinkled surfaces.
- Vacuum tube lifter: raises and lowers by hand force, holding the load when the operator lets go.
- Rotating jib arm: swings around the column to move cargo between pallets and the conveyor.
