Rail Jib Crane Vacuum Lifter Swaps Pads

Some factories both receive raw material sacks and ship out goods packed in cartons. Buying two separate machines is costly and takes up space, while using one type of pad for both is unreliable, since soft sacks and rigid cartons need different grips.

FullSharp installed a rail jib crane carrying a vacuum lifting device with interchangeable pads. Using the same tube and the same rail, simply removing the sack pad and fitting the carton pad switches to the other type of goods.

Equipment Installed

Rail jib crane: an arm swings around the column, and an overhead rail lets the tube trolley travel along the work area.
FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: the tube body extends and contracts with vacuum level, raised and lowered by the handle.
Sack lifting pad: a pad designed for soft sacks, gripping the sack surface without tearing the outer layer.
Carton lifting pad: a suction pad for flat carton surfaces, swapped in minutes using a quick-connect coupling.
Vacuum pump: supplies both pad types, mounted fixed beside the work area.
