Some factories both receive raw material sacks and ship out goods packed in cartons. Buying two separate machines is costly and takes up space, while using one type of pad for both is unreliable, since soft sacks and rigid cartons need different grips.
FullSharp installed a rail jib crane carrying a vacuum lifting device with interchangeable pads. Using the same tube and the same rail, simply removing the sack pad and fitting the carton pad switches to the other type of goods.

No need to invest in two separate machines for two types of goods.
The quick-connect coupling lets goods be switched within the same shift, with no downtime.
Each pad is purpose-designed, so sacks stay unripped and cartons stay undented.
FullSharp needs actual sack and carton samples to design two pads that share one tube. Our engineers survey the floor plan, fix the reach and vacuum pump position, then install the system and train staff on how to swap pads.
