This policy explains how FULLSHARP ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit fullsharp.com, contact us, or watch our YouTube channels.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us when requesting a quotation or site survey: name, company, email, phone number, message, and any photos or drawings attached.
- Technical information when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit (server logs and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console).
2. How we use it
- To answer enquiries, provide consultation and quotations, and install and service equipment.
- To improve our website content and performance.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. YouTube channels and YouTube API Services
FULLSHARP uses YouTube API Services to manage its own company YouTube channels (uploading videos, updating titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and viewing channel statistics). This tool is used internally only, accesses only channels owned by FULLSHARP, and does not collect or store data about other YouTube users. When you watch our videos on YouTube, your data is handled under the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The account owner can revoke the application's access at the Google account security settings.
Data we obtain through YouTube API Services and how it is deleted. The tool only reads and writes information of our own channels (video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, upload status and channel statistics). The OAuth access token is stored only on our company computer and is never shared. We do not store data of other YouTube users. Channel statistics used for internal reports are kept for no longer than 30 days unless refreshed. To delete stored data or revoke access, the channel owner can remove the app at Google security settings; we then delete the stored token and cached API data within 7 days. 4. Cookies
The website may use cookies to remember your language and to count visits. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Storage and security
Information is kept on company servers and mailboxes, is accessible only to relevant staff, and is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
