Ceiling Rail with 200kg KITO Electric Hoist

Production areas on upper floors are often cramped and can't accommodate extra floor-mounted stands. Every square meter of floor is needed for machines and walkways, while lifting still has to happen continuously along a fixed line.

FullSharp installs a steel rail suspended from the ceiling using a system of suspension rods and mounting plates bolted into the structural beams, then hangs a 200 kg KITO hoist on the trolley. The load runs entirely through the ceiling, the floor stays clear, and the worker simply pushes the trolley along the rail and presses the lift button.

Installed Equipment

Load-rated steel rail: sized for the working load, coated with anti-rust paint, running the full length of the lifting line.
Suspension rods and mounting plates: bolted securely into concrete ceilings or structural beams, distributing the load evenly across each support point.
Rail trolley: rolls smoothly and stably, gliding the hoist to the working point with a light push.
200 kg KITO hoist: lifts and lowers gently and precisely, suited for repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
End stops: fitted at both ends of the rail, keeping the trolley within its safe travel range.
