Production areas on upper floors are often cramped and can't accommodate extra floor-mounted stands. Every square meter of floor is needed for machines and walkways, while lifting still has to happen continuously along a fixed line.
FullSharp installs a steel rail suspended from the ceiling using a system of suspension rods and mounting plates bolted into the structural beams, then hangs a 200 kg KITO hoist on the trolley. The load runs entirely through the ceiling, the floor stays clear, and the worker simply pushes the trolley along the rail and presses the lift button.
