Carton box lifting projects with vacuum tube lifters and vacuum pads
This is our largest project group: picking cartons off a conveyor onto pallets, or depalletizing into a line. Most use a vacuum tube lifter with a handle, so one person lifts and places without bending. Boxes against a wall get a side-gripping head or long handle; oversized boxes get a box clamp.
Plants with compressed air often choose an air balancer or an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane with a 25 kg vacuum pad. Lifters hang from articulating or mobile-base jib cranes, or 5T rails rated 200 kg. See carton box vacuum lifting.
