Knight Global air balancer projects with battery clamps and motor grippers

Most Knight Global air balancer projects here are in battery plants. The balancer runs on a 5T rail rated 200 kg and carries a battery clamp tool, so workers lift and place each battery by hand without bearing its weight. Some stations use a jib crane, others a single- or twin-column frame holding the rail, so nothing hangs from the building structure.

Another project uses a 5T rail frame with a 200 kg air balancer to pick up vehicle motors. See air balancers.
