Pneumatic hoist projects on ceiling-mounted aluminum and steel rails
Here a pneumatic hoist travels on a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail or 5T steel rail, carrying up to 200 kg. The tool below changes with the load: a fabric roll gripper, a carton vacuum pad, a hook tool for plastic trays in a clean room, or a hook that lifts four paint pails. With a force-sensing handle, the operator just pushes the load up or down.
Customers choose rail mounting because it leaves the floor clear for carts and people. Where the ceiling cannot carry a rail, we build a freestanding aluminum rail frame or use a mobile pneumatic gantry.
