Ceiling-Mounted 200 kg Pneumatic Crane

Many factories want lifting equipment but their floor is already packed with machines and cart lanes. A standing crane column takes up space and requires foundation work that stops production. And when the load is only a few hundred kilograms, a double-girder crane is overkill.

FullSharp chose to hang the whole system from the ceiling: the rail is fixed to the roof structure, and a 200 kg pneumatic crane runs along it. The floor stays exactly as it was — the operator simply pulls the handle and the load follows along the entire length of the rail.

Equipment Installed

Ceiling-mounted rail: fixed to the roof trusses with threaded rods and hanger brackets, running the full length of the production area.
200 kg pneumatic crane: an articulating, pneumatically driven arm assembly that balances the load so the operator only needs a light push to move it.
Trolley: wheels rolling inside the rail, running smoothly and quietly, moved by a single push.
Pressure regulator and shut-off valve: keeps pressure steady and locks the load in place when air is cut off.
