At precision assembly stations, workers must hold a part steady while positioning it to the millimeter. If the lifting equipment only has up-and-down buttons, movements become jerky and placing a part takes several adjustments.

FullSharp installs an overhead aluminum rail covering the work area and hangs a pneumatic jib crane fitted with a force-sensing handle. The unit reads the operator's hand force to raise or lower the load, so it feels like carrying something almost weightless.

Equipment Installed

  • 200 kg aluminum rail: overhead aluminum profile, with the trolley gliding smoothly along the full line.
  • Pneumatic jib crane: lifts and lowers with compressed air, responding instantly and holding the load when released.
  • Force-sensing handle: a sensor that reads the operator's push force, raising and lowering without needing a button.
  • Quick-connect tool head: fits a hook, gripper, or suction pad to match each station's part.
  • Ceiling suspension system: threaded rods and brackets sized to the column spacing, spreading the load evenly across the structure.

Benefits for Your Facility

Highly Precise Placement

The load follows the exact hand force applied, so positioning takes just one try.

Fast to Learn

With no buttons to memorize, new workers can operate it from their first shift.

Covers the Whole Work Area

The aluminum rail line runs the length of the plant, shared across several adjoining stations.

Installation Consulting for Your Facility

FullSharp surveys the ceiling height, line length, and part weight before finalizing the aluminum rail configuration. We calibrate the force-sensing handle to the actual load, then install it and train the operating team on site.
