Many stages need a load set down with real precision, not just lifted and lowered. Pushing buttons step by step is slow and hard to judge, while doing it by hand is heavy and any misplaced load has to be lifted again.

FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail with a 200 kg pneumatic jib fitted with a force-sensing handle. The operator holds the handle, and however much they push or pull, the load follows by that same amount, almost like an extension of the arm.

  • Force-sensing handle: senses hand pressure to decide lifting speed, with no need to press buttons step by step.
  • Air filter and pressure regulator: supplies clean, stable air to keep the handle's sensitivity consistent through the shift.
