A small workstation may only need to lift parts weighing tens of kilograms, but it happens repeatedly through the whole shift. Carrying by hand is tiring, and lowering the part precisely is difficult, risking a knock against the fixture. The area is also tight, so the lifting equipment has to be truly compact.
FullSharp built a jib crane on a 5T rail frame (200 kg rated load) to get a sturdy yet lightweight structure. The arm's end carries a compact 200 kg hoist, lifting and lowering quickly and stopping exactly in place. A wide swing angle means a single standing position can reach many work points.

Both the frame and the hoist are small, fitting neatly into stations with little floor area.
The hoist has a fast travel and stops smoothly, so parts land accurately in the fixture.
No more carrying parts repeatedly by hand — the operator only guides the direction.
FullSharp measures the station's floor area, the actual operating radius, and the weight of the parts. Our engineers select the right reach and hoist, install it compactly within the work area, and test-run it together with the operator.
