Many factories want a lifting point right above a machine, but the ceiling is low and the floor is already crowded with equipment, leaving no room for a column. Running new power lines to each lifting spot also takes time and leaves cables crossing the walkway.

FullSharp uses a 200 kg aluminum rail hung from the ceiling, carrying a pneumatic jib crane below it. The aluminum rail is light, so the ceiling structure bears less load, and the equipment only needs the existing compressed air supply — the worker pushes and the trolley runs the full line.

Equipment Installed

  • 200 kg aluminum rail: an extruded aluminum profile, lighter than a steel rail of the same span, so it is easier to hang from the ceiling and pushes smoothly by hand.
  • Rail-mounted pneumatic jib crane: lifts and lowers by air, with no electrical cabinet or power cable needed at the work point.
  • Trolley and hanger rods: the trolley wheels run inside the rail, and threaded hanger rods adjust height so the rail stays level along the whole line.
  • Air filter unit and safety valve: filters dust and moisture from the incoming air, with a valve to hold the load if air pressure is suddenly lost.

Benefits for the Factory

No floor space used

The entire load sits on the ceiling, so the work area below stays clear for people and carts.

No power lines needed

The equipment runs on compressed air, using the existing air supply for a quick install with fewer electrical items.

Light push, precise stop

Low friction in the aluminum rail lets the trolley stop exactly where the operator lets go, for accurate positioning.
