An assembly area needs lifting equipment that runs within a set range, but the plant owner does not want to drill into the roof or alter the building structure. Using a cart instead makes the work slow and imprecise.

FullSharp builds a freestanding aluminum rail frame within the work area and hangs a 200 kg pneumatic jib crane from it. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley glide smoothly, so a single push from the operator moves the load along with it.

Aluminum Rail Frame for 200 kg Pneumatic Jib Crane

Aluminum rail frame with a 200 kg pneumatic jib crane installed in the assembly area.

Equipment Installed

  • Freestanding frame: columns and beams bolted to the floor, supporting the entire rail line without touching the roof.
  • 200 kg aluminum rail: extruded aluminum profile with low friction, so the trolley glides very smoothly.
  • Pneumatic jib crane: raises and lowers loads with compressed air, holding the load suspended when the operator lets go.
  • Trolley and suspension set: runs inside the aluminum rail, pulling the load lengthwise and crosswise within the frame's range.

Benefits for Your Facility

No Building Modifications

The frame stands on the floor, so there is no need to drill into the roof structure.

Near-Effortless Gliding

The aluminum rail with the pneumatic jib crane keeps handling light throughout the shift.

Relocatable When Needed

The frame breaks down into sections, so you can rearrange the line and keep using it.
