Freestanding rail frame projects where the ceiling cannot be drilled
A freestanding frame is used when the ceiling cannot carry the load or be drilled. The frame stands on the floor and carries aluminum rail, 5T steel rail, 500 kg steel rail or an H-beam, with a hoist, air balancer or vacuum tube lifter below.
In a battery plant, one-post and two-post frames carry 5T rail rated at 200 kg for air balancers with battery grippers. One project lifts molds in a cold room on the second floor using a 200 kg aluminum rail frame. Where it must move, a mobile frame handles up to 1000 kg.
