Many plants want to install an electric hoist, but their sheet-metal roof and trusses cannot bear a suspended load. Welding a frame on site makes it hard to keep the rail straight, so the trolley jams and its wheels wear out quickly.
FullSharp supplies a modular 5T rail support frame, pre-fabricated to drawing and bolted together on site. The frame is matched to the KITO electric hoist, keeping the rail straight from the start so the hoist runs smoothly with less wear.

Installed Equipment
- I- and H-section steel frame: strong load capacity, powder-coated against rust, standing on the floor so no roof load-bearing capacity is required.
- Guide rail: aligned to drawing specifications, keeping the hoist and trolley running smoothly along the entire line.
- Hangers and connecting bolts: fasten the frame sections tightly, with height adjustment for fine-tuning the rail.
- Modular design: extra sections can be added later to extend the rail without dismantling what is already installed.
