Overhead Rail with KITO 200kg Hoist

Production areas located on upper floors are often narrow, with no room for a forklift. Loads weighing several hundred kilograms have to be carried by hand through narrow aisles, which is both slow and dangerous for both people and product.

FullSharp installed an overhead rail with a suspension rod and bracket system fixed to the concrete ceiling, supporting a KITO 200 kg hoist. The trolley carries the hoist along the rail, so loads are lifted and moved right overhead while the floor below stays clear for work.

Equipment Installed

Load-bearing steel rail: sized to the required load, anti-rust coated, length matched to the working line.
Suspension rods and brackets: fixed securely to the concrete ceiling or structural beams, with suspension point spacing pre-calculated.
KITO 200 kg hoist: smooth and precise lifting and lowering, suited to repeated daily operation.
Trolley: slides smoothly along the rail, stopping stably to position loads accurately.
Travel end stops: fitted at both ends of the rail, keeping the trolley within a safe range.
