5T steel rail projects (200 kg) with hoists, air balancers and vacuum lifters
The 5T steel rail, rated at 200 kg, is the rail we install most often. It usually hangs from the ceiling; along a wall it can be wall-mounted, and where neither works it sits on a one-post or two-post frame, as in a battery plant. The rail carries electric hoists, air hoists, air balancers or vacuum lifters.
Loads vary widely: cartons, sacks, car doors, steel doors, vehicle motors, batteries, wheel rims, 200 kg drums and fabric rolls. One line runs 11 hoists on the same rail. In explosion-risk areas, customers use an air hoist instead of an electric one.
