5T Overhead Rail, Taiwanese Electric Hoist

Factories that need repeated lifting at many points along the same line, with a fairly tight work rhythm. Pulling by hand all day is slow and inconsistent between shifts. The shop floor is also packed with machines, leaving no room for a floor-standing unit.

FullSharp installed a 5T rail (200 kg rated load) mounted on the ceiling, with both the trolley and the hoist electrically driven using Taiwanese technology. The operator presses a button to raise, lower, and move the load along the rail at the right speed. Because the system sits overhead, it does not take up any floor space.

Equipment Installed

5T steel rail: shaped overhead rail, 200 kg rated load, running the length of the work line.
Electric trolley: moves smoothly along the rail, stopping precisely at each point via push-button control.
Electric hoist: stable lifting and lowering, with a brake that holds the load when stopped, suited to a busy work rhythm.
Electrical and control system: control cabinet, power cable running along the rail, and a pendant control box within easy reach.
Suspension rods and truss brackets: fixed to the roof structure, distributing the load evenly across the suspension points.
