FullSharp installed a 200 kg 5T overhead rail with an ENDO pneumatic hoist and a PP box gripper for plastic boxes holding LCD screens. Two jaws press evenly on the box sides to keep it level, and the air hoist lifts without jerking, so the screens inside are not jolted.

PP boxes holding LCD screens are light, but the goods inside cannot tolerate vibration or impact. Carrying them by hand risks tilting the box, while a sling grip dents the plastic box and fails to keep it level while lifting.

FullSharp installs a 200 kg 5T overhead rail carrying an ENDO pneumatic hoist together with a PP box gripper tool. Two clamp jaws press evenly on the box sides, and the pneumatic hoist lifts and lowers smoothly so the screen inside is not jolted.

  • 5T overhead rail: the rail route covers the production line and the box storage area, with a trolley that pulls very lightly.
  • ENDO pneumatic hoist: lifts and lowers by air pressure, with smooth motion and precise stops at any height.
  • PP box gripper tool: two clamp jaws hug the plastic box's sides, with clamping force set just enough to avoid deforming it.
  • Control handle: clamp, release and lift/lower buttons are on the same grip, operated with one hand.

How do you lift fragile electronics without vibration?
