PP boxes holding LCD screens are light, but the goods inside cannot tolerate vibration or impact. Carrying them by hand risks tilting the box, while a sling grip dents the plastic box and fails to keep it level while lifting.

FullSharp installs a 200 kg 5T overhead rail carrying an ENDO pneumatic hoist together with a PP box gripper tool. Two clamp jaws press evenly on the box sides, and the pneumatic hoist lifts and lowers smoothly so the screen inside is not jolted.

Equipment Installed

  • 5T overhead rail: the rail route covers the production line and the box storage area, with a trolley that pulls very lightly.
  • ENDO pneumatic hoist: lifts and lowers by air pressure, with smooth motion and precise stops at any height.
  • PP box gripper tool: two clamp jaws hug the plastic box's sides, with clamping force set just enough to avoid deforming it.
  • Control handle: clamp, release and lift/lower buttons are on the same grip, operated with one hand.
