Packing warehouses must carry carton boxes from the conveyor to pallets continuously through the shift. The boxes are bulky, forcing workers to bend and twist their backs each time they place a box on a lower layer. Stacking above head height adds the risk of dropping boxes and crushing the contents.
FullSharp built a 5T rail frame covering the entire packing area, carrying a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter that lifts carton boxes with a 200 kg branch capacity. The operator presses the suction pad onto the box lid, lifts it, and gently pushes it along the rail to the pallet. The vacuum carries the load; the hands only guide the direction.

The suction pad grips evenly across the lid instead of pinching the edges, so the carton and its contents stay undamaged.
No more bending or twisting to lift; the motion is reduced to a simple pull and push within arm's reach.
Lifting and lowering by button keeps the pallet-stacking pace in step with the packing conveyor.
FullSharp visits your warehouse to measure box dimensions, weigh the actual load, check the lid material, and assess the pallet stacking height to select the right suction pad diameter and pad type. We build the frame to fit your work area and run a trial with your boxes. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
