Small production shops often rearrange their layout with each order, packing at one end of the line today and moving to the warehouse area next week. Drilling foundations for fixed columns takes effort and permanently locks up the floor space.
FullSharp offers a rail jib crane on a hand-push mobile base fitted with a vacuum tube lifter. The whole unit stands on wheels, so it can be pushed to a new spot, locked in place, and put straight to work with no drilling into the floor.

Equipment installed
- Hand-push mobile base: a counterweighted frame on casters with locking feet to hold it steady during work.
- Rail arm: an overhead rail carrying a trolley, rotating around the base to cover the working area.
- Vacuum tube lifter: lifts carton boxes by vacuum suction, raised and lowered using the handle on the tube.
- Carton box suction pad: a suction plate that presses onto the carton surface, holding it firmly without denting the sides.
