FullSharp installed a 5T overhead rail rated 200 kg along a packing area with a FullSharp vacuum lifter and a KITO hand chain hoist for carton boxes. The suction pad grips the top of the box, lifts it straight up and glides along the rail to the pallet, so operators stop bending to hug boxes and crushing their corners.
Carton boxes are light one at a time, but packing a full shift leaves operators sore from bending and reaching non-stop. With no handles on the boxes, every lift means hugging them close, which easily crushes the corners.
FullSharp installed a 5T overhead rail rated at 200 kg running the length of the packing area, carrying a FullSharp vacuum lifter and a KITO hand chain hoist. The suction pad grips the top of the box, lifts it straight up, and glides along the rail to the pallet, so operators no longer bend to hug each box.
The 5T overhead rail with FullSharp vacuum lifter and KITO hoist at the carton packing area.
The suction pad grips the top of the box while the operator stands upright and guides it with the handle.
Suction is spread across the flat surface, so the sides aren't squeezed during lifting.
The vacuum lifter handles light boxes while the KITO hoist backs it up for heavier loads.
A suction pad grips the top of the box, so no handle is needed. The operator stands upright and guides the box along the rail.
Yes. The box is held by the pad from the top instead of being hugged against the body, so corners are not crushed during lifting, and boxes are set down gently on the pallet.
The 5T steel rail in this project is rated at 200 kg. FullSharp sets rail length to the distance between packing line and pallets.
FullSharp measures your box dimensions, weight, and pallet stacking height on site. After the survey, we finalize the rail run, select the suction tube and pad size, and set the KITO hoist mounting position.
