Not every workshop has a truss strong enough to carry a rail system. Many rented warehouses are not even allowed to drill into the roof structure, so equipping the packing area with lifting equipment often reaches a dead end.
FullSharp erected a freestanding 5T rail support structure on independent steel columns, carrying a vacuum tube lifter for carton boxes. The entire load rests on its own frame, so the workshop roof takes on no additional force.

Equipment Installed
- Support structure: freestanding steel columns and cross beams, bolted to the floor, not hung from the roof.
- 5T rail system: rail hung under the frame's beams, with the trolley running along it to cover the whole work area.
- FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: grips and lifts the box by vacuum, lowered by hand pressure.
- Vacuum lifting pad for cartons: selected to match the box size, gripping the carton surface without deforming its walls.
- Vacuum pump unit: placed beside the frame, with piping run neatly along the beam without blocking walkways.
