Boxes packed tightly on a pallet leave no room to suction the top, and the top is often taped over or dented anyway. Workers end up pulling the box to the pallet edge before carrying it by hand, which is slow and easy to drop.
FullSharp installs a 200 kg 5T overhead rail carrying an ANVER vacuum tube lifter with a side-suction pad. The pad grips the box's side wall, so it can pick up a box wedged between others, then pull it along the rail to the new stacking spot.
5T overhead rail with an ANVER vacuum tube lifter with side suction for carton boxes in the warehouse.
Side suction handles even tightly packed boxes, no need to pull them out first.
No dragging or squeezing, so the box wall and its contents stay undamaged.
Each box takes just one suction-lift-place motion, with fewer intermediate steps.
FullSharp needs the box dimensions, wall material and how they are stacked on the pallet to design the side-suction pad. Our engineers check the ceiling structure, finalize the rail route, then install and test-run with the warehouse's actual boxes.
