Packing workshops carry cartons by hand all shift — bulky but not heavy. Manual carrying tires shoulders over time, cartons get crushed, and output depends entirely on worker stamina. The floor also has no room left for trolleys or standing equipment.
FullSharp installs a 5T rail (200 kg rated load) along the work line, hanging an Anver vacuum tube lifter below it. Workers press the vacuum head onto the carton, activate the vacuum, and push the trolley gently along the rail to the stacking spot. The whole system sits overhead, keeping the shop floor clear.

A ceiling-mounted 5T rail with an Anver vacuum tube lifter installed in a carton packing area.
Equipment Installed
- 5T steel rail: hung from the ceiling with threaded rods and clamps, rated for 200 kg, running straight along the packing table.
- Trolley on the rail: wheels ride inside the rail track, requiring light push force so one person can pull the load the full length.
- Anver vacuum tube lifter: a flexible tube lifted and lowered by handle, with a vacuum pad chosen to match the carton surface.
- Vacuum pump and hose: placed outside the work zone, supplying continuous vacuum to the head.
- End stops on the rail: keep the trolley from running past the track, ensuring safety during fast operation.
