A warehouse must move cartons from the conveyor to pallets throughout the shift. Boxes come in many sizes and stack progressively higher, so workers must reach upward, causing shoulder pain over time and slowing the work pace.
FullSharp installed a 5T rail system rated at 200 kg carrying an ANVER vacuum lifting device. The suction tube grips the box surface, lifts it by vacuum, and the trolley runs along the rail to bring the box exactly to the stacking position.
A 5T rail rated at 200 kg carrying an ANVER vacuum lifting device for carton boxes in the warehouse.
The ANVER device keeps the box stable throughout the lift and travel.
The overhead rail lets boxes reach the top layer of a pallet without stretching.
Built for long production shifts, staying light and even through repeated cycles.
FullSharp surveys the box dimensions, stacking height, and roof structure to finalize the rail route. Our engineers select the right lifting pad for the box type, install the rail system with the ANVER device, and guide periodic vacuum checks.
