5T Ceiling Rail with Electric Hoist & Vacuum Clamp

This process requires moving the product along a line, lowering it to the exact height, and then rotating it for assembly. Done by hand, each placement comes out differently, products get bumped easily, and the operator tires quickly. Three separate motions slow down the line's rhythm.

FullSharp combined three mechanisms on a single ceiling-mounted 5T rail (200 kg rated): an electric hoist handles lifting and lowering, a pneumatic cylinder fine-tunes the final stroke, and a manual rotating vacuum-clamp tool handles positioning. The operator holds the handle through the entire cycle, with no need to let go and switch tools.

Installed Equipment

5T steel rail: mounted on the ceiling along the work line, rated at 200 kg for the whole system.
Electric hoist: handles the main lifting and lowering by push-button, with a brake to hold the load mid-stroke.
Pneumatic lifting cylinder: fine-tunes the final stroke smoothly so the product lands exactly in place.
Manual rotating vacuum-clamp tool: picks up or clamps the product, with a hand-rotated mechanism to change orientation before placement.
Control handle: gathers the lift, lower, grip, and release buttons in one place, so a single operator can run it.
