In a battery factory, the area needing lift is often against a wall or right next to a row of machines, without room to build two rows of columns. Workers still end up carrying a heavy battery over a short stretch, but repeated hundreds of times each shift.
FullSharp built a single-side column frame: one end of the rail rests on a steel column, the other end attaches to the existing structure, carrying a Knight Global air balancer and battery gripper tool. This approach uses only one row of columns, keeping the aisle and machine layout unchanged.

Just one row of columns, so the machine area and cart aisle need no rearranging.
The frame is prefabricated, so on site it only needs the column erected, the rail aligned and the bolts tightened.
The air balancer carries the load, the worker only guides the battery into the right slot on the rack.
