5T 200 kg Rail, COMEUP Hoist for Iron Doors

Large finished iron doors are prone to dented corners and scratched paint even when carried by two workers. Slinging cables across the door panel takes time and leaves marks on the surface.

FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted 5T 200 kg rail running the length of the finishing area, fitted with a COMEUP hoist and a pneumatic vacuum suction tool. The tool is pressed onto the door panel, grips it, and lifts it straight up, keeping the paint finish intact as the door moves along the rail to the next position.

Equipment Installed

5T 200 kg rail: ceiling-mounted with threaded rods, with a trolley running the length of the door machining and finishing area.
COMEUP hoist: raises and lowers at the push of a button, with a brake holding the load at any stopping point.
Pneumatic vacuum suction tool: multiple suction cups grip the door panel surface, with vacuum generated from the workshop's compressed air.
Check valve and warning horn: holds vacuum if pressure drops and alerts before suction is lost.
