5T Horizontal Rail with Pneumatic Assist

A long work route needs goods to pass through several points before reaching the end. Pushing carts or carrying by hand gets blocked by machines on either side and wastes time turning around. Repeated lifting also wears workers down over the shift.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail (200 kg rated load) mounted horizontally along the entire route, with a trolley carrying the load straight from start to finish. An ENDO pneumatic assist mechanism handles the lifting, holding the load suspended at the right height when released. The operator just steers and gives a light push.
