A long production line with multiple stations all needing to lift material, each working a short section at a time. With only a single lifting point, the stations have to wait on each other and the line's rhythm slows down. Giving each station its own equipment, on the other hand, uses up floor space and adds cost.

FullSharp installed a 5T rail (200 kg rated load) running the length of the line, fitted with 11 hoists along the same rail. Each station uses the nearest hoist, so no one has to wait. With everything overhead, the entire floor is left free for workbenches.

5T Overhead Rail with 11 Hoists on the Same Line

5T overhead rail fitted with 11 hoists serving multiple stations on one production line.

Equipment Installed

  • 5T steel rail: runs the full length of the work line, 200 kg rated load at every lifting point.
  • 11 hoists on the line: allocated by station position, each hoist serving a fixed section.
  • Trolley for each hoist: runs smoothly within the rail, pushed lightly by hand within the station's section.
  • Suspension rods and truss brackets: multiple suspension points along the line, distributing load evenly to the roof structure.
  • Section end stops: keep each hoist within its station's section of the line, preventing collisions.

Benefits for the Plant

Multiple stations run at once

Each station has its own hoist, so there's no need to wait for a shared lifting point.

Lower overall cost

A single shared rail line replaces installing separate equipment for each station.

Flexible layout

Each hoist's position can be adjusted to match the actual workbench arrangement.

Consultation for Your Plant

FullSharp measures the line length, each station's position, and the roof structure to finalize the number of suspension points. Our engineers divide each hoist's operating section, then install, test-run the full line, and provide safe operating guidance.
