Electric manipulator projects for CNC loading, just plug in and operate
An electric manipulator suits plants with no air line at the workstation: plug it in and it runs, with no hoses or extra compressor. One project sits beside a CNC machine; the swivel joint brings the gripper to the chuck, and the operator guides each workpiece onto center with one hand instead of carrying it by hand all shift.
The other arm hangs from an overhead rail and travels along a row of machines, so one manipulator serves several stations. The servo electric range covers 200–500 kg with a 3 m arm on 380V three-phase power. See the servo electric manipulator.
