Aluminum rail jib crane projects lifting cartons, sacks and rubber blocks
The aluminum rail boom is light, so the operator moves the boom and the lifter with little effort, suiting packing stations. Most projects here use vacuum tube lifters for cartons, sacks, rubber blocks and acoustic boxes; some carry a 160 kg electric hoist with sack grippers, copper coil grippers or a manual magnet.
The base is chosen by floor layout: a wheeled mobile base to move between areas, a fixed base, a wall mount, a mount on a building column, or a height-adjustable post. For heavier loads, we move to a 5T steel rail or 500 kg jib crane.
