Wall-Mounted Aluminum Jib Crane for Sacks

Material sacks weigh tens of kilograms each, and operators have to carry them from the pallet to the machine hopper many times a shift. The area sits right against a wall, leaving no room to erect a floor-standing jib crane column.

FullSharp mounted an aluminum rail jib crane onto the wall, carrying a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter built for sacks. The arm sweeps the exact area between the pallet and the machine hopper; the operator presses the pad onto the sack and gives it a light push, while the floor below stays completely clear.

Installed Equipment

Wall-mounted structure: base plates and anchor bolts fixed into a load-bearing wall, replacing a floor-standing column.
Aluminum rail and swing arm: lightweight aluminum rail that swings easily, covering the work area in front of the wall.
FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: lifting and lowering directly on the tube, with the handle controlling suction and lowering speed.
Sack suction pad: grips woven or paper sack surfaces, keeping the sack stable while it moves.
Vacuum pump and filter: filters material dust and holds suction steady through the shift.
