FullSharp – official Lifts All representative in Vietnam
The Lifts All Vacuum Sack Gripper replaces manual bag handling with a vacuum grip. It is built for dense, sealed bags such as cement, gypsum and soil sacks and lifts loads of up to 50 kg. The unit runs on compressed air alone, and every variant is made of stainless steel (SS).

Use the vacuum sack gripper whenever dense bags lying flat have to be moved – for example from a pallet onto a conveyor. It grips a bag within seconds, which makes it well suited to continuous bag handling. Like all Lifts All lifting tools, it is designed to relieve the operator and make bag handling safer.
The vacuum sack gripper is not intended for upright or porous bags such as mail sacks, jute bags or laundry bags. For those, the mechanical Sack Gripper is the right choice, with a capacity of up to 75 kg. Vacuum gripping needs a surface that allows sufficient negative pressure to be built up and held, which is why this gripper is designed specifically for airtight bags.
It should also not be selected for loads heavier than 50 kg.
Two control systems are available. With proportional PSH (Pro-Speed Handle) control, the operator raises and lowers the load with push buttons. With balanced control, the operator guides the load directly by hand. Choose PSH for button operation and balanced control when the operator needs to work with the hands on the bag. The control type is specified per variant.
Because it is driven purely by compressed air, the vacuum sack gripper operates quietly. It is fitted with the Lifts All Precivac vacuum pump, which keeps the vacuum level correct throughout the entire lift.
Running on compressed air alone, the gripper uses only 5–10 percent of the energy consumed by conventional vacuum lifters.
For workplaces with limited headroom, a low-profile version is available with the same 50 kg capacity as the other variants. It has an ergonomic handle and quickly grips sealed bags of different sizes – ideal for moving bags from a pallet to a bench or other work surface in confined spaces.
All four variants are made of stainless steel (SS), which resists dirt build-up and is easy to clean. For cleanrooms and areas with particularly strict hygiene requirements, versions with covered buttons and stainless steel casters are also offered.
The choice depends on the density, orientation and weight of the bag. The vacuum sack gripper suits dense, horizontal bags up to 50 kg such as cement, plaster and soil bags. The mechanical Sack Gripper suits upright, porous bags up to 75 kg such as mail sacks, jute bags and laundry bags.
Go for the vacuum version if the bag is airtight, weighs no more than 50 kg and is handled lying flat – for instance from pallet to conveyor. Choose the mechanical version if the bag is porous or handled upright and weighs no more than 75 kg. For loads above 50 kg, the vacuum sack gripper is not an option and a solution with a higher verified capacity must be assessed. Among the variants, the deciding factors are control type (PSH or balanced), height and whether an extended handle is needed.
