Aluminum Rail Jib Crane for Cartons

Packaging plants move carton boxes between conveyors, inspection tables, and pallets all shift long. The boxes are light but bulky, so carrying them by hand blocks the view and dents the edges when set down. With so many repetitions, workers' arms tire out by mid-shift.

FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane fitted with a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter for carton boxes. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley glide smoothly, so moving the load takes almost no effort. The suction pad grips the box lid, lifts it straight up, and lowers it onto the exact layer being stacked.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail jib crane: a lightweight aluminum beam reduces inertia, and the smooth-rolling trolley lets one hand push the load.
FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: the vacuum tube lifts and lowers at the press of a button, with smooth travel and precise release.
Carton vacuum pad: a wide suction pad rests on the box lid, spreading the force evenly so the carton isn't crushed.
Vacuum pump and load-holding valve: supplies continuous vacuum, with a valve that holds the box if the air supply is suddenly cut.
