Warehouses often need to change the box-picking location with each shipping batch. A fixed lifting device only serves one point, while manual carrying tires workers' shoulders and easily dents the boxes with repeated handling.
FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base with an arm that rotates a full 360 degrees. A vacuum lifter mounted on the rail handles gripping the box, the lightweight aluminum rail keeps push effort low, and when the area needs to change, the whole unit is simply pushed to the new spot.
An aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base with a vacuum pad for carton boxes in a warehouse.
The mobile base stands on its own, with no need to drill the floor or attach to ceiling structures.
With a 360-degree arm, picking up and placing boxes can be done neatly from a single standing position.
The lightweight aluminum rail has low friction, so effort stays the same at the end of a shift as at the start.
FullSharp surveys the floor surface, walkways, and box dimensions to finalize the base size and arm radius. We select the pad to match your carton surface and guide safe practice for moving the unit.
